This morning, access granted:
He liked the Russian military hat the best. I daresay it was fetching.
Later this morning he climbed up on the couch to play the guitar/ukulele.
First, he needed to make an important/imaginary call:

Superman lost a boot:
Daddy restored it:
And then Robin and Superman did their Sandy and Danny impression from the closing scene of Grease:
I joke, but the playing is truly very serious business:
…all that, AND lunch. And then we bundled him into the car and drove him to sleep for his nap. He conked out in minutes. All in all, an excellent morning.
Fun!! And he is soooo adorable. Thanks for sharing his morning.
How great to see these moments in photos. It’s too easy to overlook how fantastic and wonderful their play is at this age, but you’ve captured it beautifully.
I sometimes wonder when I respond to someone’s comment on my own blog why they’d ever see it–I’m doubtful that people will revisit the same post over and over!
I just responded this to you: “Julie, thanks. That was an awfully nice thing to say. I have to say, I was completely transfixed by your blog. I’m so glad to be reading it.” (There, now I know you’ll see it.)
