Jonah re-instituted the two-nap regimen this week. One at 10 a.m., one at 5:00 p.m. Each about one hour long.
And still he goes to bed at 6:30. And sleeps till 6:00 a.m. or a smidge later. Today he made it to 6:45.
He wakes up after the second nap just long enough to change into pajamas, enjoy a bottle and a few books, nurse, sing a few songs, and pass out without a whimper.
Let’s just assume this is a journey towards a one midday nap and longer nighttime sleep? Or that it will all go to heck again in a week when more teeth come in, he learns to walk unassisted, the moon wanes to half-full.
